Delivery Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed on a working day are handed to the carrier within 1 working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out the next working day.

Delivery times

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery takes 7–15 working days from the day your parcel is handed to the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery costs

  • Tracked delivery: £4.99 per order
  • Priority tracked delivery: £7.99 per order

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can also follow it on our Track your order page. The carrier can take up to 48 hours to scan your parcel, so a blank tracking page on the first day is normal. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 working days, send us a message and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with anyone at the address and your neighbours first, then get in touch. If a parcel is lost, damaged or stuck, we'll send a new one or refund you.

Address mistakes

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away with your order number. We can usually correct the address or cancel the order before it's packed. Once the parcel is with the carrier it can't be redirected. Parcels returned because of a wrong or incomplete address can be resent once you give us the correct address, charged at cost.

Orders with more than one item

These usually ship in one parcel. Occasionally they're split, and you'll get a separate tracking number for each.
