Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If Yūhi isn't for you, you have 60 days from the day your first order arrives to ask for a full refund.

How to claim

Send us a message with your order number or the email address you ordered with. That's it. No forms, no photos, no phone call and no reason needed.

  • No need to send anything back. Keep the bar, give it away or bin it.
  • We refund the full amount you paid, including delivery, within 10 working days of your message. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

The 60-day guarantee covers your first order. Later orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unopened and in their original packaging; message us first and we'll send you return instructions.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Get in touch and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You don't need to return anything.

Cancellations and changes

Message us with your order number as soon as possible. We can normally cancel or change an order before it's packed. Once it's with the carrier we can't stop it, but the 60-day guarantee still applies.

Your legal rights

Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. This applies alongside our 60-day guarantee, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
