When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there's an error in the price, in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See our Delivery Policy for times and costs.

Refunds and cancellations

Using the product

For external use only. If you have sensitive skin, try a small patch first. Stop using it if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
